Please update your profile information

Some of you may have encountered problems voting on sponsored polls and redeeming rewards in the past few days. This could be because your profile information needs to be updated. If you encounter this issue, please follow these steps.

1. Check your account dashboard for a prompt asking you to fill in some information in your profile. Specifically, there is a new question about monthly household income. You can check this by going to the Community pages (nz.toluna.com/recent). Your dashboard is on the right-hand side of the screen, at the top of the page.

2. When you click on the blue text in the prompt, it will take you to nz.toluna.com/YourZone/details. From there, select “Personal Details” from the menu options, then enter an answer to the income question as well as all other compulsory questions on the page, and click the Save button.

Once this is completed, you can continue to participate in surveys, sponsored polls, and redeem rewards.
